After A Breakup 08/25/2009

If you feel depressed after a break up in your relationship, then don't.  Keeping the feeling of depression within you can cause you more damage then the break up itself.  Depression causes sicknesses and constant worry that you really don't need in your life right now.

Dealing with the issues at hand and coping with it come hand in hand. During this time, start some exercise regime to keep your mind off of the situation for a while.  The best source for your mind right now is activity, so keeping this in mind will allow you to feel better and deal with things more appropriately.

Perhaps one of the biggest mistakes people do when they break up is dive into the situation to make it more worse than what it already is. Lets face it, if the situation is already bad it may only get worse because the other person is expecting this.

But, what if you can give them something that they were not expecting at all?  Like you moving on with your life and not paying too much attention to him or her in the first place.  There are steps that you need to take to effectively fix your relationship instead of just doing things to quickly that can simply mess up the whole thing in the first place.  Something to consider, no?
